Do I need to go to an attorney to make my will? Cant I just write it out myself?
Do I need to go to an attorney to make my will? Cant I just write it out myself?
I want to make sure that if something happens to me, my kids will still have access to the money I have put aside for them in my name to go to private colleges, even though my husband disaproves (he says that they can work their ways through college, just like he did). Do I need my husbands signature on my will (because I know I wont get it if I give my kids money for college), or is it okay for me to do this on my own?
